Faro ceramiche was founded in 1966, the aim being to build a company that could create esteemed floor and wall tiless and floor coverings which could satisfy the needs of the most demanding of customers, thanks to the care and attention paid to the finish, the details and the technical and aesthetical quality.

Faro produces a series of floor and wall tiles in top quality glazed porcelain stoneware, which retain the distinctive aesthetic elements of artisan products and of beautiful natural stone, but also boast the reliability and quality of a modern product, obtained through the use of cutting edge and environment friendly production technologies. The unique finishes, including lapping and polishing, and the wide range of shapes and sizes that guarantee originality, allow for the creation of unique architectural solutions, that are suitable for use in either renovations and refurbishments of older buildings or in new structures, whether for residential, public or commercial use.

For many years Faro has taken care to use materials and systems that safeguard man and the environment. There are no toxic or harmful substances used in the production cycle, which uses technologies that reduce the environmental impact of the industrial activity to a minimum. The waste material, both solid and liquid, is completely recovered and recycled in the various production cycles. Furthermore Faro has worked hard to purify its emissions, recycle waste water and separate its waste materials for recycling.
